ORDERING & SHIPPING
When you are ready to complete your purchase, simply go to Checkout and follow these steps to place your order.
FOR REGISTERED USERS
If you are a returning customer and have an account at Skagen Denmark, please sign in using your email address and password and you will be taken directly to the first Checkout tab.
FOR NON-REGISTERED USERS
If you are not registered, you can proceed without creating an account or you can create an account.
BILLING AND SHIPPING TAB
Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address and telephone number. If you are a returning customer, your billing address will automatically appear on the Billing and Shipping page. If the shipping address is different than the billing address, enter the address where you would like your order shipped.
From the options provided, select from the shipping methods that are available for the item(s) you wish to purchase.
At this time, you must verify your address information is correct, review your order and then enter your payment method and click "Place Order".
After you complete the checkout process, the Purchase Summary page confirms details of the order you have placed and also provides you with a Purchase Summary reference number. We recommend that you print this Purchase Summary page for your records as it may be needed for order references.
ORDER AND SHIPMENT CONFIRMATIONS
You will receive an order confirmation email which will include an order number - you can use this to track your order in My Account. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of which item/items have been sent.
ORDER QUANTITY LIMITS POLICY
In a one-month period, guests may purchase no more than:
- 5 of the same SKU (item)
- 10 items in a single transaction
- 20 items (totaled over all transactions in a 30-day period)
- $1,000 in gift cards*
*If you wish to purchase more than $1,000 in gift cards, please contact our Customer Care department.
In an effort to enhance your shopping experience and give as many customers as possible the opportunity to purchase our merchandise, we may place limits on purchases and we do not authorize the purchase of commercial quantities of our merchandise. We also may, among other things, restrict orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
We reserve the right to limit, cancel or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed in violation of this policy. We further reserve the right to cease doing business with customers who violate this policy. We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice. This policy applies to all purchases of Skagen merchandise, including, but not limited to, all purchases made at our retail stores and through our website.
Skagen ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 12pm CST. Orders placed after 12pm CST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise.
Unless you specify an alternative delivery option the goods will be dispatched by FedEx.
We shall endeavor to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order (subject to the order having been accepted by us as will be confirmed to you by email), normally within 2 working days or less if the goods are in stock, and in any event within 30 days beginning on the day after you place your order. If we are unable to dispatch the goods within that time we will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email.
As soon as the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for them.

Standard shipping* is available for orders with delivery addresses within the US and territories, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes.
USPS shipping is available for orders with a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address. Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address will arrive in 3-5 weeks, not the standard 5-7 business days.
*Final delivery will be made by USPS. This will not affect the standard delivery timeframe.
TWO DAY SHIPPING
Arrives in 2 business days.
Two-Day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes).
Arrives in 1-2 business days.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes).
