International Limited Lifetime Warranty

Your Skagen Denmark watch is protected by Skagen Designs International Limited Lifetime Warranty, under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Warranty covers defects due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. The Warranty comes into force only if the International Warranty Card is fully and correctly completed by an authorized Skagen Denmark dealer. This warranty does not cover:


Battery, glass, bands, straps, bracelets, exposed crystals and other embellishments

Damage (including water damage) as a result of poor care, accidents, and normal wear and tear


In case of defects covered by the warranty, your Skagen Denmark watch will, at the sole option of Skagen Designs, be repaired or replaced free of charge. The warranty becomes void in the event of servicing or repair of the watch by any person not duly authorized by Skagen Designs or its representatives, except for mesh band or link band adjustment. You may have greater rights under local laws.


Should you require service for your watch, please contact your authorized Skagen Denmark dealer or one of our authorized Skagen Denmark service centers as set forth in the International Service Network booklet. Warranty repairs require the International Warranty Card. You may visit us at www.skagen.com or call for additional instructions.


Our dealers and service centers are always at your disposal for warranted or non-warranted repairs, the latter done at an appropriate charge. If work is done under the warranty, the Skagen Denmark dealer or service center may charge for postage and handling.

If the problem with your Skagen Denmark watch does not fall under our warranty, the following charges will apply:

  • $14.95 - battery replacement (includes shipping and handling fee)
  • $33.95 - for all repairs that are not covered under the warranty (includes shipping and handling fee)



This warranty is void if your watch has been damaged by unauthorized service, negligence or accident, or other causes not relating to defective material or workmanship.




Why Should I Register My Watch?
Registering your timepiece does not affect your Skagen Denmark warranty. Warranty protection is automatically in effect with purchase from an authorized Skagen Denmark retailer. Warranty repairs require the International warranty card or a copy of the receipt. The International warranty card is located in the warranty booklet.

Because of possible loss, we recommend that you insure your Skagen product, return receipt requested, when using the mail. You are responsible for adequately protecting the watch during shipment. Skagen is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
