U.S. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Your Skagen Denmark products have been designed with the same inspiration and notion in mind since the day the company started: with a contemporary, slim and classic feel in the Skagen Denmark style.
Your Skagen product has been subjected to a series of quality tests at every stage of the manufacturing process. It is guaranteed to be free from any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use.
The Skagen Denmark Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions or use. The hands, dial and movement are the only components of your watch covered under this warranty.
Should your Skagen Denmark watch hands, dial and dial components, or movement require repair, Skagen will fix or replace the watch at the sole discretion of the Skagen Repairs Department.
An $8.95 shipping and handling fee will be required for all warranty service.
If the problem with your Skagen Denmark watch does not fall under our warranty, the following charges will apply:
· $14.95 – battery replacement (includes shipping and handling fee)
· $33.95 – all other component repairs (includes shipping and handling fee)
The Skagen Denmark watch warranty does not cover:
· Battery, crystal, all bands, straps and bracelets
· Damage as a result of poor care and handling, accidents, and normal wear and tear
· Water damage (unless your watch is specifically marked as water-resistant – click here to read about the Skagen Denmark watch water resistance information)
· Other damages that result from inaccuracy or dysfunction of the watch
This warranty is void if your watch has been damaged by unauthorized service, negligence or accident, or other causes not relating to defective material or workmanship.
Should service be required on your watch, fill out our Watch Repair Form here, and send with a copy of your sales receipt and accepted form of payment (see form) to:

Because of possible loss, we recommend that you insure your Skagen product, return receipt requested, when using the mail. You are responsible for adequately protecting the watch during shipment. Skagen is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
