Skagen.com Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Skagen.com. We hope you are enjoying your Skagen Denmark product.  If for some reason your product isn't right, please let us know. We will accept returns of unworn, incorrect or defective merchandise for up to 60 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange.  If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow the steps below.

 

Returns

Returns will be accepted if merchandise is unworn and still contains original tags and is in its original packaging. We will also accept the return of defective or incorrect merchandise based on the guidelines below.

 

Unworn Merchandise
Unworn Skagen Denmark products with the tags still attached and still in their original packaging can be returned within 60 days of date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. Returned merchandise that is worn or without the tag will not be accepted.

 

Defective Merchandise

Defective products that are not performing as expected or exhibit damage not associated with normal wear will be accepted for return at anytime.  Click here to read about the Warranties for Skagen Denmark products. This does not include items that are the wrong size, color, or style than you ordered.

 

Incorrect Merchandise

If you received an item that you believe is incorrect based on the descriptions and other information that is provided on Skagen.com, please contact our Customer Service Team.

 

Gift Return

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please follow the guidelines and instructions above for making a return. The gift purchaser will be refunded the purchase price.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, simply place another order for the desired item and return your item to us. You can print a return label by clicking here. As stated above, merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original packing slip, or a copy of of your receipt. You can print a copy from your My Account / Order History page here.

Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock. Availability of items can change quickly. If you wait to place a new order until after your return is processed, items in your original order may no longer be available.

Please note that if the price of the item has changed since you placed your original order, we'll be happy to offer the item at the new price, or pay the difference of the pricing within 10 days from the date of purchase.  To do so, contact our Customer Service Team.

  

Packing and Sending Your Return

To make your return, please follow these simple steps:

   
    1) Call our Customer Service Team at 1-877-SKAGEN-1 to get a Return Authorization
        number (RA#).

    2) Package your product in its original box or packaging as you received it, and protect the
        package as you received it.

    3) Print an easy returns label here, and write your RA# on it.
    4) Make a copy of your original packing slip, and please write your reason for return, and
        include this copy in your return package. If you no longer have your packing slip and
        you are a registered Skagen.com customer, you can log in to My Account and print a
        summary of your past orders, and include that in your return shipment.

    5) At the shipping place, insure the product for its retail value, print your
        return address label here):

Customers are responsible for the return postage cost.

For all purchases not made at Skagen.com you must refer to the original place where they were purchased.


Please allow at least 7-10 business days for your credit card to be refunded. If you are interested in an exchange, please call 1-877-SKAGEN-1 and have your order number ready to discuss.
