Skagen.com Returns Policy

Unworn Skagen Denmark product with the tags still attached can be returned within 30 days of date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. Returned merchandise that is worn or without the tag will not be accepted. Defective product (visit our Warranties section) will be accepted for return at anytime.  Click here for more information.

To make your return, please call our Customer Service Team at 1-877-SKAGEN-1 to get a Return Authorization number (RA#). After you get your RA#, insure the product for its retail value, with reference to your RA # either on the outside of the package or on a copy of your receipt, and send it to:

Customers are responsible for the return postage cost.

For all purchases not made at Skagen.com you must refer to the original place where they were purchased.


Please allow at least 7-10 business days for your credit card to be refunded. If you are interested in an exchange, please call 1-877-SKAGEN-1 and have your order number ready to discuss.
