How do I earn Skagen.com Designer Points?
Designer points are earned for every dollar spent on any product purchased at skagen.com. Once 150 Designer Points are earned, you will get a $15 Reward towards your next purchase at skagen.com.

-There are certain things that won't earn you Skagen.com Designer Points such as gifts with purchase, free or promotional products, tax and shipping.

How do I redeem my Designer Points?
You may redeem your Designer Points quick and easy when you shop. Simply log into your account and shop as you normally would. When you get to the Check-Out page, you will notice that your Designer Points are applied automatically to your purchase. If you are not logged into your account, your points will not show up and will not be applied to your purchase. Please make sure you log in to redeem points and earn more points as you shop.

How do I check my Designer Points balance?
You may easily check your Designer Points balance at any time by logging in the MyAccount page/Points History. This page will display your current balance up to the last order that was shipped to you.

When are my redeemed points removed from my account?
Each time your Skagen.com Designer Points are redeemed in a purchase, they are subtracted from your account instantly.

When did Skagen.com start giving Designer Points?
Designer Points were introduced on Skagen.com on November 1st 2008 and Skagen.com valued customers have been accumulating Skagen.com Designer Points with each purchase they've made since then. Skagen.com also rewarded you with 20 additional Welcome Points.

Do I get points for purchases made before Designer Points were introduced?
Our apologies, products bought at Skagen.com before Skagen.com Loyalty Program was introduced (November 1st, 2008) do not qualify for points credit.

What if I change my mind during or after making an order with Skagen.com?
-If you change your mind about your Skagen.com purchase and using your Skagen.com Designer Points award before you get to "checkout", don't worry, you can simply cancel the purchase and the points will be put right back in your account.

-If you already placed an order, we can no longer credit your Skagen.com Designer Points account.

-Should you decide to return your Skagen.com Designer Points award product, you may exchange it for another product or ask for a refund, but we cannot refund the points you spent.

Can Designer Points be shared with others?
Skagen.com Designer Points are non-transferable. You and you alone, can redeem them with your purchase and you can always use them to buy a gift for someone else!

Do Designer Points ever expire?
While Skagen.com Designer Points have a very generous life, they will expire 6 months from date of reward. So make sure you come back and use them.

Skagen.com Designer Points have no actual cash value. Skagen.com reserves the right to change the structure of the program or to discontinue it at any time. Program abuses or fraud will involve suspension of a shopper's right to participate in the program.
