Your Skagen Denmark jewelry has been subjected to a series of quality tests at every stage of the manufacturing process. It is guaranteed to be free from any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. The Skagen Denmark Jewelry Limited One-Year Warranty covers defects due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions or use.

The Skagen Denmark jewelry warranty does not cover:

This warranty is void if it is past one year since your purchase, or if your jewelry has been damaged by unauthorized service, negligence or accident, or other causes not relating to defective material or workmanship.

Should your Skagen Denmark Jewelry require repair, Skagen will fix or replace the piece at the sole discretion of the Skagen Repairs Department.

An $8.95 shipping and handling fee will be required for all warranty service.

Because of possible loss, we recommend that you insure your Skagen product, return receipt requested, when using the mail. You are responsible for adequately protecting the jewelry during shipment. Skagen is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
