How can I check my order?
If you are a registered customer you can click here, or you can select Orders & Tracking at the top right of the page.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
Will you charge sales tax on my order?
For Nevada residents, tax will be charged on your order. If you are not a Nevada resident, tax is already included in watch price.
How do I make a return/exchange?
Please call our Customer Service Team at 1-877-SKAGEN-1 to get a Return Authorization number (RA#). After you get your RA# you can write it on the outside of the package that is being returned and send it along with your product to:

Why should I register my watch?
Registering your timepiece does not affect your Skagen Denmark warranty. Warranty protection is automatically in effect with purchase from an authorized Skagen Denmark retailer. Warranty reparis require the International warranty card or a copy of the receipt. The International warranty card is located in the warranty booklet.
Register your Skagen Denmark watch and enjoy the rewards of Skagen Denmark Designer Club Membership (where available). Your Skagen Denmark Designer Club membership comes with many privileges:
- Preview new products
- Invitations to special events
- Entry into future prize giveaways
What is the Return Policy?
Unworn Skagen Denmark product with the tags still attached can be returned within 60 days of date of purchase for a refund. Returned merchandise that is worn or without the tag will not be accepted. Defective product (visit our

Can I return / exchange a Skagen item not purchased at Skagen.com?
For all purchases not made at Skagen.com you must refer to the original place where they were purchased.
When will I receive my credit after I return an item?
Please allow at least 7-10 business days for your credit card to be refunded. If you are interested in an exchange, please call
1-877-SKAGEN-1 and have your order number ready to discuss.
How do I use a Promotional Code vs. Designer Club Rewards or vice versa?
To use Promotional Code vs. Designer Club Rewards:
- Start shopping (Do not log into your account first)
- Put your item(s) into your shopping bag
- Type in PROMOTIONAL CODE where indicated
- PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
- Type in your log in information when prompted
- Finish the order process
To use your Designer Club Rewards vs. Promotional Code:
- Log into your account
- Put items into your shopping bag
- PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
- Your rewards will show as a discount on your total
- Finish the order process
To use Promotional code vs. Designer Club Rewards when rewards are in your cart:
- LOGOUT of the site
- Click on the SKAGEN DENMARK LOGO to take you back to the site landing page
- Go back to your shopping bag by choosing your SHOPPING BAG next to the SEARCH field
- Type in your coupon code in the PROMOTIONAL CODE field
- Your discount will show in purchase amount
- PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
- Finish the order process
How do I cancel my order?
Orders are transmitted to our shipping warehouse upon receipt. Accordingly, there is no ability to cancel an order once submitted.
Do you ship website orders outside of the U.S?
Currently, all website orders are delivered in the U.S. and Puerto Rico only. Visit our Shipping and Delivery page for more information.
What is the shipping schedule?
All orders submitted through our website will process automatically. Watches in stock are normally shipped within one business day, as long as the order is received before 2pm PST. Visit our Shipping and Delivery page for more information.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We do not ship out to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Do you ship to P.O boxes?
We do not deliver to P.O Boxes. All orders are delivered via Fed Ex®.
How will my order ship?
Your order will ship via FedEx®.
How can I get my watch repaired, or order a replacement part?
For parts and repairs, click here. Registered Skagen.com customers can fill out a form from this site and submit their watch for repair or part replacement.
What type of packaging do the items come in?
Skagen Designs ships our watches in our standard watch box. The only exception to the watches is our Swiss Line which comes in a leatherette-bound watch box. The jewelry comes in custom-size box depending on the item, and our Sunglasses come in a hard sunglass case with a wipe cloth.
Are all your watches water resistant?
Check the back of your watch for water-resistant rating. For more information on Water Resistance, click here.
3 ATM = can withstand splashes of water while washing hands or in the rain.
5 ATM = Suitable for shallow occasional swimming, but not diving.
10ATM = Suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but should not be used for diving.
What are the smaller hands in the sport watches for?

How do you adjust the bands?
Skagen soft mesh bands are easily adjustable. Simply insert a small screwdriver or similar tool into the clasp. Lift up the clasp without applying pressure to the thin pin across the clasp and move to desired position. Snap closed securely. Make sure the clasp is set in one of the indentations on the back of the band. Link bands are completely adjustable anywhere watches are serviced. For more instruction, visit our Instructions page.
How do you measure your sunglasses?
For sunglasses with a bridge:
- We measure the eye size from the top starting at where the temple bends to where the bridge begins.
- Then we measure the bridge size in the middle.
- The temple is measured starting where it bends to the end point.
For shield style sunglasses (without the bridge)
- The eye size is measured all together starting at the bend of the temple of one side to the bend of the temple at the other side.
- The temple is measured starting where it bends to the end point.
Do you offer gift wrap?
We do not offer gift wrap at this time.
Can I place an order over the phone?
At this time, for security purposes, Skagen.com is not able to take orders over the phone.

Do you do engraving on watches?
