What is the production time?

Standard production time is 10-14 days from art approval. For lead times on larger quantities, please contact your Skagen Sales Representative.

Can I order a sample?

Blank samples can be purchased and will be billed on an (A) and can be returned in their original condition within 30 days.

What is MOQ?

Minimum order quantity is 25 pieces per style for decorated pieces. Men's and ladies' styles cannot be combined to equal a quantity of 25 total pieces. If LTM is available for the style you need, the absolute minimum is 15 units per style and a $50 (Z) LTM charge applies, per style. No minimum for blank pieces.

Virtual Information & Art Requirements

Virtual lead-time is 24 hours from the time artwork has been received and confirmed. High volume seasons may extend virtual turnaround. Virtuals will be emailed in PDF format. Art that may extend virtual turnaround and affect quality: 2nd generation copies, low resolution images (JPG, BMP, GIF), web images.

Preferred file types:

EPS (encapsulated postscript), AI (Adobe Illustrator), or vector based PDF (portable document format.) Vector based artwork will allow for maximum versatility in scaling and clarity. If vector art cannot be provided a high resolution raster image may be acceptable.

Acceptable file types:

PSD (300 DPI), JPG (300 DPI), or TIF (300 DPI)

Not recommended:

JPG (72 DPI), BMP (windows bitmap), GIF
