With traditional Japanese dishes crafted using fresh Scandinavian ingredients, Damindra has been offering Asian-Nordic fusion dining since 2006. “I like to bring the spice, acidy, and texture of Asian cooking and recreate it with Danish raw materials,” explains owner Damindra Tillekeratne. As well as world-class sushi, he offers kushiyaki, tempura and toban yaki - all prepared with staggering attention to detail.
