Items ordered from Skagen.com are shipped via FedEx with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED for delivery. FedEx drivers will leave the package at a recipient's door, or other secure location, if the driver believes it is reasonable to do so. Contact your local FedEx Office location for their policies about holding packages for pickup.
Order Confirmation
For registered Skagen.com Customers, you will first receive a confirmation page after your order is approved. You can print this page out as your receipt. You will also be sent an email confirmation which you can use as a receipt. You can also check your order status and tracking information here.
For non-registered/anonymous users, you will receive a confirmation page after your order is approved. PLEASE NOTE: This is the ONLY time you will get an order confirmation. Print this page or write down your order number. As an anonymous user you will not receive an email confirmation, but with your order number and shipping zip code, you can track your order online here.

For non-registered/anonymous customers, you can only check in to the status here. You will reference your order number (keep your confirmation page) and shipping zip code.
